Biggest recruitment examination conducted by Kerala PSC(Public Service Commission) is Deputy Collector examination. Deputy Collector post is a short cut to Indian Civil Services. A person gets designated as Deputy Collector gets direct promotion to the post of ADM (Additional District Magistrate) and RDO (Revenue Divisional Officer).
